Solange Knowles at the Gucci & RocNation Pre-Grammy Brunch

Gucci has been dominating this week with an unexpected ferocity. Knowles picked one of the most interesting pieces and one that I never expected to see on the red carpet. Rather than the beige hot pants from the runway, Knowles wears beige shorts — more appropriate for a formal brunch. She doesn’t accessorize much except for her hair — which definitely counts as an accessory, anyone who says differently is nuts. It’s glam and simple and runs the risk of being too risqué but falls short of crossing the line.
